The founding partner of Alan Sapir Advocates is an attorney whose education and professional path are distinguished by diversity and excellence. A graduate of the Getulio Vargas Foundation with a Cum Laude Master's degree in Law, specializing in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Leiden in the Netherlands, his career is guided by the development of skills that go beyond legal technique. Known for his emotional intelligence in handling sensitive cases, his ability to maintain focus under pressure, and his skill in analyzing and implementing the most effective solutions for clients, Alan Sapir is an attorney who also brings experience in corporate law, applying it in an interdisciplinary manner to Criminal Law.
In addition to his practical work, Alan Sapir is an active member of the Criminal Law Studies Committee of the Rio de Janeiro Chapter of the Brazilian Bar Association and the Corporate Criminal Law Study Group of the Brazilian Institute of Criminal Sciences. He also has additional training in Cross-Border Cooperation in Criminal Matters and the American Criminal Justice System from the Getulio Vargas Foundation.
